Summary / Resumen
The Diocese of Fajardo-Humacao of the Roman Catholic Church of Puerto Rico (Diocese) is a separate legal and canonical entity, although Catholic Extension Society (CES) is facilitating the issuance process. The Diocese will evaluate the responses and select a service provider.
CES and the Diocese reserve(s) the right to reject any proposal and to accept, in whole or in part, the proposal which in its judgment is the most responsive and qualified proposal. Proposals will be evaluated promptly after being received and we plan to announce our preferred provider by Monday, May 20, 2024. We will then work with that selected provider to negotiate an agreement suitable for both parties, using the terms of the proposal. In the event an agreement cannot be reached, a re-issuance of this request may occur.
